The Arbor Society is a newly formed body of people who are a connected and invested in the people and the ministries of this church. Made up of Oaks alumni, our parents and friends, and people who have a heart for kingdom work here in Brooklyn, Arbor Society members support us in three primary ways: through time, talents or resources. They can give their time by engaging with us in regular prayer rhythms. They can give their talents by leveraging expertise or skills to do things like mentor. Or they can give their resources-financial and otherwise-to further the work we believe God is calling us all into.
Arbor Society members will have access to an exclusive social network with rhythmic community updates, teaching content and resources, and a portal for submitting their own prayer requests. They will be invited to a biannual prayer Zoom with members of our prayer, elder, and leadership teams, as well as a celebration weekend here in Brooklyn to meet our neighbors and congregants. And lastly, each household receives a printed copy of our annual report, with stories from this past year.
