Beloved: That Our Joy May Be Complete
The Apostle John is known as, “the disciple who Jesus loved.” His first epistle shows that he desired that all believers know the depths of God’s love that he knew. This series, titled “Beloved: That Our Joy May Be Complete,” traces John’s letter to the church from beginning to end, majoring on the themes of receiving and giving God’s love.
Due to severe heat and no AC, we did not meet on July 21.

Three Pillars
Every Body of Believers shares a common call of becoming the Body of Christ with Jesus, Himself, as the head authority. Every Body of Believers also shares a unique call, particular to time and place. As we move into a new chapter in the life of our church, building on our existing foundation, we are asking the question of our unique call: “Who is the unique church God has called us to be?” This teaching series highlights the 3 Pillars Trinity Grace Church Williamsburg is built on, giving us form and structure: Formative Encounter, Merciful Presence, and Pilgrim Community.
Words of Life
In John 6, responding to a crowd dismissing Jesus in search of life elsewhere, one of Jesus’ disciples says, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” This summer, we are focused on that declaration: looking for life the only place we can be sure it’s found—in the words of Jesus.
