Pastor of Kids, Youth and Families

Supervisor: Lead Pastor

Type of role: Full-time, Exempt

The Pastor of Kids, Youth, and Families will give vision and leadership to our church’s responsibility to steward the next generation of Christ followers. As a member of the pastoral team, and in collaboration with the rest of the Oaks Church Brooklyn staff, they will ensure we are doing the work of evangelism, discipleship, and spiritual care for those from birth to graduation in our church. They will also be called upon to teach and lead within the broader church context as needed, to strengthen the church, and to ensure our ministry to our kids, youth, and their parents is well connected to the whole life of the church.

Start date: May 15, 2024.

Pay range: $62,400 - $70,000, health and dental benefits, 403b match.
