Oaks Church Brooklyn is looking to hire a Lead Pastor. This person is a visionary leader who provides spiritual leadership of the church, develops the staff team, collaborates with the elder team, and sets direction, goals, and ministry plans to accomplish our vision and mission. This role is for a person of integrity, humility, and passion, and is committed to Biblical truth and Christlike character. The role requires this person to give themself to communicating the vision of the church, teach the Scriptures, equip the church to carry out its mission, make disciples, and provide pastoral care.
