The Good Way
Using a Rule of Life, we try to order our lives around the teachings of Jesus.
We’re excited to introduce a renewed vision for Community Groups at Oaks Church Brooklyn—one shaped by our desire to be a spiritually rooted, relationally connected, and missionally present church. After reflecting on past group experiences and listening to our community, we’re launching a new structure that opens up more space for discipleship, creativity, justice, and shared life.
From toddler to teenagers, we wish to engage all ages in the story of God! Acorns (ages 3-11), youth (grades 6-12) and families with single moms all have room to grow at Oaks Church.
At Oaks Church, we not only encourage our members to be generous, but we also provide financial coaching, classes and financial support through our Deacons’ Fund.
Oaks Church has a vibrant group of musicians who are passionate about musical worship.
Prayer is central to who we are as a community of Oaks Church Brooklyn. We believe that prayer is not only a thing of the mind, but an embodied act of daily worship.
